As part of the EU's new Entry/Exit System (EES), travelers is required to complete fingerprint registration and facial recognition procedures during passport control. As a result, waiting times may be longer than previously experienced. Our VIP team will do its utmost to assist you through the process as smoothly and efficiently as possible. However, please note that VIP Service cannot guarantee expedited processing through passport control.
